Same rate at renewal means the price on your renewal invoice matches the monthly rate shown when you ordered. We do not start you on a low teaser and raise it after the first term. The number on the product page is the number that appears again when the term renews.
Monthly and yearly billing
Choose monthly billing if you may change plans in the next few months. Choose yearly billing when the plan already fits, because the discount applies to that same base rate. Compare our renewal price to another host’s renewal price, not to a first-year promo. That keeps the math honest for your budget.
Add-ons renew on their own invoice lines at their listed rates. You can cancel an add-on anytime without changing the main plan. If we retire a plan, we contact you first. We do not silently move you onto a higher-priced option.
What to do with your invoice
- If the invoice matches the product page, you are set and need to do nothing.
- If the invoice does not match, send both details in a billing ticket.
- If you want a different plan, ask us before the current term renews.
