Before you choose
Your questions, answered.
Which plans include WHMCS?+
Growth and Rocket include WHMCS Starter. Launch includes WHM and private nameservers, but no bundled WHMCS license.
Will clients see LogicWeb branding?+
You can use your own logo, white-label cPanel/WHM, private nameservers, and a customized WHMCS client area.
What does Growth add over Launch?+
Two cores, 2 GB RAM, 250 GB NVMe, 30 TB transfer, three IPv4, 15 MB/s I/O, 40 entry processes, 200 processes, 350,000 inodes, and WHMCS Starter.
What does Rocket include?+
Three cores, 3 GB RAM, 500 GB NVMe, 50 TB transfer, five IPv4, 20 MB/s I/O, 50 entry processes, 250 processes, and 500,000 inodes.
What do the resource limits mean?+
I/O is disk throughput, entry processes are concurrent requests entering the account, processes are running processes, and inodes count files and directories. These are the published LVE limits for client accounts.
Can clients use Sitejet and WordPress Toolkit?+
Yes. Both are available in each cPanel account you create.
How are existing clients moved?+
Open a support ticket to arrange free cPanel-to-cPanel migrations, preview the copied sites, then coordinate DNS changes.
Is overselling available?+
Yes. Packages and accounts must still fit within the reseller service’s overall capacity and applicable resource limits.
Is a domain included?+
Annual and tri-annual hosting orders include the first year of a domain on selected extensions. Check eligibility in the cart; later domain renewals are separate.
Does the hosting price change at renewal?+
LogicWeb publishes the same recurring hosting rate at renewal. Yearly billing saves 25% compared with twelve monthly payments.
