We provide free migration from your old cPanel host when you order a web hosting plan or reseller plan. Please view this link for migration information.

Select services include a 30-Day Money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account. This policy applies only to new customers only. If your order included a free domain on annual plans and you request a refund, your refund will deduct the cost of the domain of $12.95 from the total refund. No exceptions will be made.

For web hosting plans, they are ns1.logicweb.com & ns2.logicweb.com. For reseller plans, you use your own private labeled custom nameservers based on the domain you ordered the plan with. This is emailed to you in your welcome email alongside the ns1/ns2 IP addresses.

Simply log into your customer portal, go to my services, click on the service manage button. Click cancel on right column.

Our primary data center location is in Edison, New Jersey located at the Iron Mountain facility. Our hosting infrastructure is colocated at this facility.

Billing is easy and hassle-free. Your order’s first (initial) invoice is pro-rated for the current month, then you are billed automatically on the 1st of each month thereafter. If the day of the month is the 15th or after, you will be pro-rated for remainder of current month plus one month in full. Then, you will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month after unless you cancel prior to renewal.

Support is 24/7 and provided strictly through the customer portal ticketing system only. No other methods of support is honored including email, live chat, phone. Please submit your ticket via your portal account located at https://www.logicweb.com/billing.
