LogicWeb offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on select services. If you are not completely satisfied, cancel within 30 days of activation for a full refund.
Services Covered
- Shared / cPanel Web Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- VPS Hosting (excluding bulk IPv4/IPv6 leasing)
Services NOT Covered
- Bulk IPv4 / IPv6 Leasing (any subnet size /27 and larger)
- Domain Registration, Renewals & Transfers
- Dedicated Servers
- Any other services not explicitly listed above
Important Conditions
- Accounts cancelled or terminated by LogicWeb for violating Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy do NOT qualify for refund.
- No prorated refunds for partial months.
- Domain registration/setup/SSL fees are non-refundable even within 30 days.
- Chargeback fee of $50 will be imposed if you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first.
- Backups are deleted upon cancellation.
