IP Leasing Policy

BY SIGNING UP FOR AND/OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING ANY OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OFFERED BY LOGICWEB, INC. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS IP LEASING AGREEMENT.


Please read these terms and conditions carefully. This agreement shall become effective as of the date of (1) your electronic signature on or acceptance of this agreement, (2) the activation of your account or (3) your receipt of an e-mail from LogicWeb confirming your order, whichever happens first.

1. WARRANTY


LogicWeb Inc. provides no warranty on accessibility to any third-party website, the behavior of third-party websites’ filters, firewalls or other factors that may prevent you from using our IPv4 or IPv6 services with such third-party sites.

 

1.1. Usage
 

1.1.1. LogicWeb provides IP leasing services with the expectation that the leasing customer (aka “Client”) does not use our services in violation to our AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) and ToS (Terms of Service). Client is responsible to abide by legal laws and third party sites’ policies that may apply for visitors.

 

1.1.2. LogicWeb will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise outside our network, our control while Client’s services are active. We are not responsible for the following, but not limited to: network issues, usage issues, accessibility issues, blacklisting of any kind.

 

1.1.3. LogicWeb will provide IP leasing Client dedicated IP leasing subnets. This means, we provide you a Letter of Authorization (LOA) permitting you and your ASN (network provider) to lease our IP addresses, assuming you abide by our policies and pay in a timely manner each month. These IP addresses are not shared among other customers, therefore they are considered dedicated to Client solely until cancellation or termination of services is made.

 

1.1.4. All use of Web Site Space and provision of services to you by LogicWeb shall be subject to all terms and conditions set forth herein, including the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not attempt to expand or alter these rights or LogicWeb’s services by entering into multiple agreements.

 

2. COURTESY SERVICES
 

LogicWeb Inc. provides additional add-on services as a free courtesy to IP leasing customers which include the following: Whois updates (aka SWIP), Route Objects, Geolocation Updates, DNS Delegation.

 

2.1. Add-On Services
 

2.1.1. Whois: changes can be updated upon support ticket submission by Client. Whois changes are limited to the following fields: Name, Company Name, Address, ASN number. You must provide valid information in full. No vanity or fabricated name or company name will be accepted. Minimum size for qualification is a /24 or larger sized subnet.

 

2.1.2. Route Objects: route object requests can be provided by the customer upon support ticket submission. Requests may take approximately 24 hours to propagate globally. Minimum size for qualification is a /24 or larger sized subnet.

 

2.1.3. DNS Delegation: DNS delegation can be provided to IP leasing Client with minimum /24 size subnets, no exceptions. Client must submit a support ticket and provide nameservers (i.e., ns1.yourdomain.com, ns2.yourdomain.com).

 

2.1.4. Geolocation: Clients leasing minimum /24 sized subnets may request geolocation changes by submitting a support ticket with both City & Country for the intended location change. Submissions are made by LogicWeb through a geofeed pulled by select geodatabase providers. These changes are done solely and strictly by the geodatabase providers outside LogicWeb’s control and accessibility. Requests for geolocation updates may take anywhere from 3-7 days estimate, occasionally longer depending on 3rd party geodatabase providers. 

 

We provide no warranty or guarantees on geolocation updates, no credits or responsibility whatsoever.

 

3. CANCELLATIONS
 

Client must cancel leased IP subnets prior to the first (1st) of the month via the cancellation option in your portal account. Client is responsible to immediately drop announcements of cancelled IP address subnets by the 1st of the month, or prior.

 

3.1. Fees
 

3.1.1. LogicWeb provides no refunds whatsoever on any IPv4 or IPv6 leasing, independent of any outside sources or events that may or may not affect the Client at time of usage. We provide no pro-rated refunds on early cancellations. No exceptions are made to this policy.

 

3.1.2. Client is responsible to pay no later than the seventh (7th) of each month in full. Payments that are not made in full by the 7th of the month will result in service termination without warning to Client.

 

3.1.3. Enforcement & Violation Fees

 

LogicWeb may at it’s own discretion and determination, immediately suspend and/or terminate the customer’s service(s) for violation of any provision in our AUP policy upon written notice, which notice may be provided by e-mail prior to suspension. Prior to suspension or termination, LogicWeb attempts to work with our customers to prevent and resolve violations of our policies and ensure that there is no re-occurrence. However, LogicWeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate based on a first offense. LogicWeb reserves the right to charge fees arising from management or handling of complaints related to alleged violations of the AUP (acceptable use policy).

 

LogicWeb will charge $20 per violation (excluding DMCA complaints) without limits to number of abuse complaints, no exceptions will be made. Any customer who refuses to pay their abuse fees may face service suspension.
