You can route our IPs anywhere globally. We can also update geolocation info to any city / country globally as well. Geolocation updates take 7 days estimate with our listed partner database providers. You must specify the location (city/country) you want upon ordering or via support ticket.
BigDataCloud & IP2location can be updated only if the IP is physically routed in the same location as the geolocation (their policy).

Questions, answered plainly
Do I need my own ASN?
For the LOA-only path you announce the space — give us the ASN on the order form. You do not need your own registry ASN; use the carrier ASN you will originate on. For the bundle path we route the subnet to your LogicWeb VPS or dedicated server and you do not need an ASN.
Can I change geolocation?
Yes — any city and country, after the order. There are no preset locations. Specify city and country on the order or in a ticket. Updates take about seven days with our listed partners. BigDataCloud and IP2Location only honor a city if the prefix is physically routed there.
How fast is the LOA?
Orders are processed and the LOA emailed within a few minutes at best, about an hour during sales hours (9am–7pm EDT).
Do I own the space?
No. Leased prefixes remain LogicWeb inventory. You receive a Letter of Authorization to announce them. You do not receive an RIR assignment.
Can you route the prefix onto a LogicWeb server?
Yes. Bundle a /24 or larger onto a VPS or dedicated server on the same order. We configure the announcement at provision.
Are leases refundable?
No. IP leases are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. See the IP leasing policy.
What about abuse?
$20 handling fee per validated complaint after the first warning. Unresolved or repeated abuse can terminate the lease without refund.
