RPKI & IRR (Route Objects) are created automatically upon provisioning. RPKI does not apply to legacy subnets, only IRR.
You can route our IPs anywhere globally. We can also update geolocation* info to any city / country globally as well.
Geolocation updates take 7 days estimate with our listed partner database providers. You must specify the location (city/country) you want upon ordering or via support ticket.
BigDataCloud & IP2location can be updated only if the IP is physically routed in the same location as the geolocation (their policy).

Abuse Complaints
All abuse complaints are handled by us (strictly enforced), we forward complaints to your email on file. Leasing customer is 100% responsible to ensure you whitelist logicweb.com in order to receive all complaints forwarded. There is a $20 abuse handling fee (AHF) per complaint, as stated in our IP leasing policy.
ASN Information
We provide you the LOA permitting you to advertise at your ASN. When you order, you’ll provide us the ASN number. You do not require your own ASN from the registry, but whichever carrier's ASN you intend to route the subnet on.
Authorization
Free updates on Whois, Geolocation, DNS Delegation, ROA/RPKI*, Route Objects (IRR). LOA is provided via email standard. * ROA/RPKI is available only on our non-legacy IPv4 subnets. Route Objects (IRR) are created for legacy status IPs with LOA. Our legacy subnets begin with: 154 and 149
Blacklist / IP Quality
You can request a current list of subnet inventory and run a check online using popular RBL tools, SpamHaus, etc. We enforce strict policies with leasing customers to ensure quality and integrity of our IPs as much as possible.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your auto-renewing IP leasing service anytime before the 1st of the month, to avoid further billing. You must drop the subnet from your BGP routes prior.
Crypto Payments
Sorry, we do not currently accept any form of bitcoin / crypto payments.
Geolocation
We can update the geolocation for your leased IPs to any city/country worldwide. This is done after your order is placed. Please note we do not have preset locations or such. The location is updated strictly after your order is placed and you provide proper City/Country geolocation information in your order.
IP Rotation
We can rotate one a month per subnet with $25 fee per /24 subnet.
Money Back Guarantee
There are no money-back guarntees or refunds on IPv4 / IPv6 leasing. This is a firm policy.

Setup Time / LOA Provisioning
Orders are processed and LOA emails sent within a few minutes at best, but an hour estimate usually during normal sales hours (9am - 7pm EDT).
Terms of Leasing
No contracts. Monthly subscription. First invoice pro-rated for current month plus following month. Renewals on the 1st of each month, automatic. No pro-rated refunds on cancellations.
