I would like to thank you, for the great service I have received in the few days that I have been a customer. Sales was informed in their responses and quick to answer; even recalling that I had asked questions previously during that evening. Support was lightning fast be it during the day or even stretching the midnight oil (Atlantic Time). Some may have considered the responses a bit short and lacking personality, but in the end all that really mattered was that the slowdown was for the most part on my end and not the hosting service! Within about three days, starting over a long weekend (at least up here) I was able to get my site transferred and the scripts humming along nicely. Once the domains are transferred fully and pointing to your name servers, I am sure that I'll have nothing to worry about. Thanks!

Apart from the huge cost saving for me buy switching ISPs to LogicWeb, They have been a marvel with service and server administration, on the 3 times I had problems with my server which were nothing to do with them and software related issues, The LogicWeb team solved all the problems extremely quickly and with no fuss what so ever. If you are thinking of moving to a new ISP ?there no need to Hesitate or shop around, as you won't find anyone better than these guys right here! I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that I could not be more pleased with your service. I'm still learning a few new things that this server has that I didn't have on the old one, and I know I had to ask several questions. You have been great? you respond quickly and you're very helpful (a time or two, you answered before I could even click back to my email program). If its going to be awhile for something to be taken care of, you respond and tell me. You don't leave me hanging. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to wonder if you're even going to be acknowledged? You don't do that. I have had to learn everything the hard way in recent years when it comes to running a server.

I started as a single mom with two teenage daughters and only making $210 a week. I was trying to find a way to supplement my income and still be there for my kids. I decided to try my hand at a greeting card site. It worked out better than I could have imagined, and now I work at home (AdoringYou.com was written up in Redbook magazine in 2000). Now I am a grandmother with 6 grandchildren (3 step grandchildren) and another due November 30th. I know you're not interested in all of this, but what I'm trying to say here is that I've had to struggle to make it work, and to learn as much as I could. It is a welcome relief to have a server that I feel good about, especially with the holidays coming up.

I don't know who you are, or if you run this business from home, or if you're some big company, it doesn't matter? but I do know, you're dedicated, and you seem to care about your customers?. I was sending so many support tickets (I was starting to get embarrassed about it), and not once did you seem to be upset about it? not once? You better believe I'm impressed! I cannot begin to tell you what a relief I am feeling the last two days. For more than a week I have been so upset and frustrated? I felt like I was watching everything I've worked so hard for, going right down the tubes simply because support wasn't paying attention to how they were assigning ips and didn't seem to be in much of a hurry to get the situation corrected. I know from time to time we all make boos boos, we're human? but this last boo boo was just too much for me (this was the 4th time in less than a year that this has happened).

I host a site for an author in California, Kara Oh, a very sweet lady, she is going to be very pleased with this move. Just so you know, before I called you, I searched for reviews. They were all good, but what grabbed my attention was a post I found on a forum. ?LogicWeb ethics are based on Christian principles.? Its going to take some time and a lot of work to win back users that I've lost in the last week? but at least now, I feel like I have a chance to. You don't realize it, but you and your service has given me hope again. I cannot thank you or praise you enough.

I just wanted to give you accolades on your handling of the VPS outage this afternoon. This is the first outage I've experienced since I've been with you (which is great) and you handled it perfectly... not only did you get everything working again fast (which is also great), but even more importantly, you were communicative! I really appreciate that you sent multiple updates for an outage that lasted only an hour (I've used a lot of hosts over the years, and communication has consistently been a weak-point... having your server down is a pain, but being left in the dark when it is happening is worse).
