It is a welcome relief to have a server that I feel good about, especially with the holidays coming up.

I don't know who you are, or if you run this business from home, or if you're some big company, it doesn't matter? but I do know, you're dedicated, and you seem to care about your customers?. I was sending so many support tickets (I was starting to get embarrassed about it), and not once did you seem to be upset about it? not once? You better believe I'm impressed! I cannot begin to tell you what a relief I am feeling the last two days. For more than a week I have been so upset and frustrated? I felt like I was watching everything I've worked so hard for, going right down the tubes simply because support wasn't paying attention to how they were assigning ips and didn't seem to be in much of a hurry to get the situation corrected. I know from time to time we all make boos boos, we're human? but this last boo boo was just too much for me (this was the 4th time in less than a year that this has happened).

I host a site for an author in California, Kara Oh, a very sweet lady, she is going to be very pleased with this move. Just so you know, before I called you, I searched for reviews. They were all good, but what grabbed my attention was a post I found on a forum. ?LogicWeb ethics are based on Christian principles.? Its going to take some time and a lot of work to win back users that I've lost in the last week? but at least now, I feel like I have a chance to. You don't realize it, but you and your service has given me hope again. I cannot thank you or praise you enough.
