Portal Home > Knowledgebase > Accounting > Cancel Account
If you desire to cancel your account, you may do so by either two methods:
1. Open a support ticket > billing department requesting a cancellation
or
2. Submit a cancellation request via the billing portal.
Billing Portal:
1. Login to billing portal
2. Click My Services in the portal menu
3. Click the pencil icon for the specific package you wish to cancel
4. Scroll all the way to the bottom, click "request cancellation" button and follow the simple steps.
