Problem: you have been charged twice via a PayPal subscription for the same month (or billing cycle).
Cause: only the Paypal account holder (you) is can authorize any subscription or instant payments
via Paypal. There is no way for us to manually charge you more than what you subscribed for yourself.
This means you mistakenly subscribed more than one time.
To resolve this issue:
Please submit a support ticket (in billing department) and provide the following required information:
- Paypal ID (email address you use for PayPal)
- TRANSACTION ID numbers *per charge* (both transaction numbers, not subscription numbers)
