Server Reseller Program (SRP) (coming soon...)
The SRP Program is designed for companies who wish to
sell dedicated servers with LogicWeb acting as a silent partner. This means
you'll be able to purchase LogicWeb servers at a discounted price and then mark
them up as you see fit and sell them to your customers. This program is designed
for companies who are technically capable of taking a hands on role in the
overall administration of servers. You will have the power to offer your own
managed services, technical support, billing and sales.
LogicWeb will maintain the overall network environment and provide you with
the same quality bandwidth you've experienced with LogicWeb with your previous
servers. In this way, your company will become a full blown self-branded
dedicated server provider on one of the best networks anywhere in the world

that clients are lost when they outgrow current hosting plans. The SRP Program offers an easy solution that allows you to begin
offering servers today while maintaining a revenue stream from customers.

As an SRP partner you will be responsible for the front line of
support. This does not mean you cannot use our services to compliment your
sales. In many cases our resellers utilize a number of our services by
purchasing managed support services that include security updates,
monitoring, and advanced support. Such value services can be repackaged, renamed,
and resold to your customer in any manner you want.
Private Label Branding
The SRP program can be branded to your current site. LogicWeb may be
mentioned if you choose or you may be 100% white labeled.
10% - 15% Discount on All Servers
As an SRP partner you receive a large discount on servers. This
discount is based on a number of factors that include your ability to maintain
frontline support, billing, and direct promotion of selling dedicated servers.

No Long Term Contracts Required
All servers are a month to month contract and require no long term commitment
on your part. Be confident in knowing that if you run into billing issues or
your customer cancels the server you will not be left paying for the server.
The SRP Partnership is Valid to LogicWeb Customers Under these Guidelines:
- Must
have at least 5 servers at regular (non-discounted) pricing
- Late
payments or outstanding balances will result in loss
of discounts on all services
- You
must be an active LogicWeb customer for a minimum of 30 days
- You
must sign and return the LogicWeb Reseller Agreement
- Discounts
for services are for "NEW" services only and do not apply to existing
servers/services
